3Service access
3.1 Registration
Access to certain features of the Service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Registration is free and allows you to save your simulations.
3.2 Access conditions
The Service is accessible to any adult individual (18 years minimum) with full legal capacity to commit under these Terms. Minor users must obtain authorization from their legal representatives.
3.3 Account security
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity performed from their account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately inform the publisher.

Future changes to the offering
As the Service is provided free of charge, no provision relating to payment, automatic renewal or the right of withdrawal applies.
Should a paid plan be introduced, users would be informed beforehand under the procedure set out in the "Amendments to the Terms" article, and articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code would then apply.
6Limitation of liability
6.1 Simulation results are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of yield or performance. The publisher cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made based on these simulations.
6.2 The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the site, particularly regarding tax and regulatory data which may change.
6.3 The publisher is liable for direct and foreseeable damage caused by a breach of its contractual obligations. Its liability may be neither excluded nor limited in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or of a breach of its statutory obligations.
6.4 The user is solely responsible for how they use simulation results and must consult qualified professionals before any investment decision.
7Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, software, databases, calculation algorithms, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and constitutes criminally sanctioned counterfeiting (articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code).
8Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

The user can request the deletion of their account at any time from their personal space or by contacting support.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of non-compliance with these Terms, without notice or compensation.
10Terms modification
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or by a notification on the site at least 15 days before they come into effect. Use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the user may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to amicable resolution of the dispute.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
