Access to certain features of the Service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Registration is free and allows you to save your simulations.
The Service is accessible to any adult individual (18 years minimum) with full legal capacity to commit under these Terms. Minor users must obtain authorization from their legal representatives.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity performed from their account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately inform the publisher.
The Service offers a free plan allowing access to basic simulators, as well as paid plans (monthly or annual subscriptions) providing access to extended features and unlimited use.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back: You have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code.
6.1 Simulation results are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of yield or performance. The publisher cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made based on these simulations.
6.2 The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the site, particularly regarding tax and regulatory data which may change.
6.3 The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
6.4 The user is solely responsible for how they use simulation results and must consult qualified professionals before any investment decision.
All elements of the site (texts, images, software, databases, calculation algorithms, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and constitutes criminally sanctioned counterfeiting (articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code).

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of non-compliance with these Terms, without notice or compensation. Amounts already paid for a current subscription will not be refunded in case of termination due to user fault.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or by a notification on the site at least 15 days before they come into effect. Use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the user may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to amicable resolution of the dispute.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
